A rehearsal room, not the examination hall

Timers, scoring, and question banks are study scaffolding. They are not the official Life in the UK test, not supplied by the Home Office, and not a prediction of what you will see on exam day. A strong practice score here does not guarantee a pass there. Government sources remain the authority on eligibility, booking, fees, and handbook wording.

Words, Crown material, and complaints

Official publications enjoy their own copyrights and licensing conditions. We craft original practice prompts that reflect broad study themes; if you believe anything here oversteps Fair dealing or misuses your intellectual property, send a precise note via the contact route below and we will investigate in good faith.

Permitted use—and what crosses the line

You may browse and practise personally for non-commercial preparation. You may not harvest the site with bots, resell our sequencing, hammer endpoints to denial-of-service levels, reverse engineer authentication, misrepresent a governmental connection, or strip our layouts to launch a clone without written clearance. Breach those expectations and we may cut access without warning.

Google accounts arrive later to the story

Sign-in remains voluntary. Guard your Google credentials; they are your problem set, not ours. Give us truthful profile hooks—no impersonation. Suspected fraud, scraping through authenticated routes, or behaviour that jeopardises other learners can trigger suspension.

Evolving software

Features ship, break, and retire like any young web app. We can modify this experience or these terms; continuing to browse after a meaningful update counts as accepting the new deal unless we specify otherwise. Watch the effective date if you care about the delta.

No iron-clad warranties

Everything runs "as available." We do not promise perfection, uninterrupted access, bug-free scoring, or fitness for a particular immigration outcome. Statutory rights you cannot waive still apply where the law commands.

Liability in a narrow corridor

Where liability cannot be capped—think death, personal injury through negligence where the law forbids exclusion, deliberate fraud—those floors stay untouched. Beyond that, we are not on the hook for indirect losses, lost citizenship opportunities, emotional distress about exam outcomes, data glitches on your handset, or profit you imagined but never earned because a mock froze mid-question.

Which courthouse door (if any) opens

Unless consumer protections where you permanently live say differently, these terms take colour from the laws of England and Wales and disputes belong in the courts there—without prejudice to mandatory jurisdictional rules that let you sue at home.
